Federico Collarte, a co-founder and CEO of Baraja, possesses a diverse background in product development, systems engineering, and reliability qualification. His extensive experience encompasses the industrialization of high-volume telecommunication devices at Finisar and the end-to-end systems engineering of an implantable hearing solution at Cochlear. Federico received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in Lima, Peru, before obtaining a master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
